Returns & Refunds

All items are printed to order, meaning we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect item received

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return adresses can vary depending on the fulfilment partner. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right. Contact us as soon as possible with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
